What happens on release day

Official statistics go live on gov.uk at 9:30am. The dashboards on this site are refreshed against the new detailed datasets the same day, and every figure is reconciled against the Home Office's own summary tables before publication. The Home Office quarterly (next: 26 November 2026) is the big one: it refreshes returns, foreign national offender, asylum, small boats and detention data in one release. On 26 November 2026 the Home Office quarterly and the ONS net migration estimates land on the same morning.
